The HKG Longevity Sweep — verified ground truth in a hype-saturated field
Longevity is where "make money AND address a meta-crisis" is clearest — aging is the top risk factor for most chronic disease, and a real clinical inflection has arrived (partial reprogramming reached humans with ER-100, NCT07290244). It is also the field most saturated with hype. So HKG's bet is not to pick a molecule; it is to be the verified, conflict-free signal that separates real science from marketing — and to feed that ground truth to John Bou's healthcare work. Verification is the product.
The veins. Nine of them, from the mechanism frontier (reprogramming, senolytics, glycation repair) through measurement (biological-age clocks, aging biomarkers — the HKG × MKG edge) to the commercial reality (supplement provenance, conflict-of-interest transparency) and the machine layer (HKG × TKG: verification-as-moat as medical answers go free).
The loop. Read the lessons → sweep the veins for leads → deep-verify each keeper against a primary (PubMed / ClinicalTrials.gov / bioRxiv-medRxiv / FDA / journal) → add the conflict-of-interest check → card the survivors, weighting lab science and commercial claims separately → log what changed → validate to zero errors → hand the founder the build → route decision-ready cards to John Bou and take his clinical reality back as new leads.
Why stricter here. Longevity claims decay and flip fast — the NMN regulatory status whipsawed (excluded 2022, reversed 2025), and a Sinclair-affiliated "dog supplement reverses aging" cycle in 2024 triggered a field revolt and a resignation. "Verified" always means verified as of a date, and in this field the date matters more than almost anywhere else. Cards that pass their freshness window are re-verification candidates on the next sweep, not permanent truths.
The flagship it feeds. This sweep keeps the HKG-tagged verified corpus fresh enough to run the substrate demo on demand — cheap model grounded in HKG's verified cards vs. a frontier model on the open web, on the questions HKG customers actually ask. Its two anchors — CMLase (can glycation be reversed?) and HealthBench Professional (free superhuman answers → verification is the scarce layer) — were verified and carded on this beat's first pass, 18 Jul 2026.

Not medical advice; no supplement-stack endorsement; no dosing served as advice — HKG describes and verifies, it does not prescribe. Conflict-of-interest vigilance is non-negotiable in this field, and lab science and commercial claims are weighted separately (the Sinclair lesson). Internal-first and gated. Primary sources only for "verified"; every card carries a freshness date and a falsifier; a run of only-verified longevity cards is a red flag, not a triumph. Nothing here diverts engineering from the BKG paying-customer P0. Claude stages + validates; the founder commits, builds, and deploys; John Bou rates decision-usefulness. A card is not "live" until built and deployed.
