EdKG → AllowED verified-signal feed

A standing, verified-signal feed on the rules that govern AllowED's world — so the platform can ship "we keep you current" as a trust layer, and Paulina's team is never surprised by a change.

Scope. GI Bill / veteran-education policy (Post-9/11 Chapter 33, DEA Chapter 35, MGIB), School Certifying Official rules and VA Enrollment Manager changes, 38 CFR Part 21, and Title IV (R2T4 and Satisfactory Academic Progress). Sources — primary only: VA.gov / benefits.va.gov, the eCFR (38 CFR), the Federal Register, and ED / studentaid.gov.

Output. One finding card per change — tiered (Verified / Signal / Hype), dated, with a money angle and a meta-crisis lever — routed to Paulina and filed to the EdKG shelf of the Specimen Cabinet.

The loop. Capture → verify against the primary → card → route → re-check on cadence. Rules change and cards carry a freshness date, so a "Verified" finding is verified as of a date, not forever. When the primary and a draft disagree, the primary wins and the divergence is flagged — which is exactly what happened on finding #001 (a draft "January 2026 Chapter-35 expansion" was corrected to the VA's actual August-2025 record).

Why a feed, not a one-off. AllowED's pitch is "AI does the most regulated campus workflow correctly." That workflow has a monthly heartbeat and a shifting rulebook; a verified feed is how the platform stays exactly what it says it is.
