Three Words
The three words: artificial general intelligence.
Every week we take an episode of Moonshots and turn it into short films for people not yet in the know: the basics, the context, and the hosts' own words, verbatim — with every number on screen labelled and sourced. This page is the whole picture in one place: the films, the site behind them, what The Knowledge Gardens is, and an offer for Moonshots LIVE.
The three words: artificial general intelligence.
The result: forced case, prize declined.
The price: thinking got too cheap to meter.
The shift: the machine works the night shift.
The company's own extreme case: +32.4% growth a year, 17.9% of knowledge workers out of work.
Steering, not stopping, and a correction the headlines missed.
Earlier films, one per episode: I Want The Bites · Wiggle Your Toes · The Receipt · Both Hands · We Could Be Solving Everything · The Interruptible · Two Hunters. Each film has its own song; the music videos are at the bottom of this page.
The hosts speak in their own words and are marked verbatim. Every number wears a label — verified against a named, dated primary source, self-reported when it is a company's own figure, opinion when it is a forecast, correction when the headlines got it wrong and the film sets it right. The labels are read off a claims ledger, never typed in, so a card cannot drift from its source. Optimism is the house style; it is earned on screen.

Before. A 90-second film on who is in the room and why it matters, for people who have never heard of XPRIZE — from public materials, ready by 23 September.
The day. Three one-story films cut overnight and published 26 September: the Build with Gemini builders, the Future Vision finalists' screening, and the awards. Every number labelled, every host line verbatim.
After. A long report within the week, and the Sixty-Year Mission premiere as its own piece if we are in the room on the 24th.
Everything is published on Think Tank KG and YouTube and is free for Moonshots and XPRIZE to use and cut. Two people, our own kit, no crew, no footprint: Charlie on camera and edit, Paulina as correspondent.
Disclosure. We entered the Future Vision XPRIZE with two films. Neither made the Top 65. We say so on screen wherever the prize is mentioned.
Two ways it works. Press seats for Think Tank KG — our credentials are issued and listed at /press/#credentials — or a scholarship seat against the films. Either way the films get made.
Massively Transformational Purpose: the ground truth AI needs to survive. As intelligence gets cheap, the scarce thing is verified, specific, hard-to-fake knowledge — the finding in Film 3, and the business we are building. The Knowledge Gardens builds domain gardens where every claim carries its receipt: one self-improving knowledge graph per domain, read by people and by their AI agents. The first garden is for the people who run buildings. Think Tank KG is the news desk that shows the method in public. The company is XRWorkers LLC, Bonsall, California; the founder is Charlie “Chilly” Dahlgren.
The motto, Aikido the AI (#AikidoTheAI): don't fight the wave, redirect it toward lives made better. The podcast is where that optimism came from, and the films are our way of paying it forward to people who are not yet in the know.
Three words went up. Then everyone had lunch.
Watch the whole scene turn.
Small change, making big things count.
Bring the morning home.
Built in the quiet while everybody waited.
The body knows before the story does.
Pick one worth building. The room is still listening.
