What we keep, and why.
Plain language. Last updated 14 October 2026.
What we collect
If you sign up for the notes: your email address, the topics you pick, the page you signed up from, and the time.
If you create an account or sign in: your email address and the times you sign in. If you use Google, GitHub or X, we receive only your basic profile (name or handle) and the email address that service shares with us. We never get your password, and we never post or act on your behalf.
When you visit: Google Analytics counts page views and which link brought you here.
Where it lives
Accounts and the mailing list are stored with Supabase (United States) for The Knowledge Gardens. When someone signs up, signs in or shares an email, our editor gets a short notice by email (sent through Netlify, our web host).
What we do with it
We use your email to send the notes you asked for and to run your account. We do not sell, rent or share your email or your profile with anyone.
Your choices
Reply to any note to stop the notes. To see what we hold about you, or to have your account and email deleted, write to press@theknowledgegardens.com.
